Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2013, the Defendant converted the access roads that had been maintained in the past in Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and D (responding) to mountainous districts without permission for mountainous district conversion in a way of concrete packing (110 meters in length and 366 square meters in damaged area) without permission for mountainous district conversion, to manage planted trees planted in Gyeongnam-gun, Busan-gun, and D (responding fields) owned by the Defendant.
