Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor bicycle with registration number 124cc.

1. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) driven the said motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on April 10, 2013; and (b) driven the said motorcycle to the Central Library from the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Police University.

At the time, there were nights and there was a crosssection at the front side, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance, such as reducing the speed of a motorcycle driver and safely driving by checking well the right and the right and the right of the motorcycle driver.
