Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a North Korean refugee who escaped from North Korea and entered the Republic of Korea around April 24, 2007 through China and Cambodia.
The injured party C escaped from North Korea around February 199 and is living in China through China;

On March 7, 2013, the Defendant was frequently found in the office of “D” where the victim works while moving his residence to the “L published telecom” located in K in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
