Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fines, they shall be prohibited.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are employees of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building (StateF) and victims G enter into the management entrustment agreement with the Government on March 21, 2018 and manage the facilities of the above building.

On September 11, 2018, even though F notified the victim of the termination of the management service contract, the Defendants continued to possess and use the above building H, and the Defendants conspired to intrude into the office to produce the victim by force at the above office.

On September 20, 2018, at around 16:50 on September 20, 2018, the Defendants conspired with the above Defendants to put the above office door in the above E E E and “Seo-gu,” and I, a manager, entered the cre in order to verify the identity of the Defendants.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded on the room managed by the victim against the victim’s will.
