1. The plaintiff's appeal and the plaintiff's claim expanded in the trial are all dismissed.

The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant lent KRW 11,50,000,00 on August 21, 2012, and KRW 6,600,00 on August 23, 2012, and KRW 11,50,000 on September 4, 2012, and KRW 11,50,000 on September 4, 2012. Thus, according to each of the statements in subparagraphs A and 3, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 6,60,00 on August 23, 2012 to the Defendant’s account; and the Plaintiff’s account was withdrawn KRW 3,70,000 on August 21, 2012 and transferred KRW 1,50,00 on September 4, 2012, there is no evidence to acknowledge that the money was remitted to the Defendant.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed due to the lack of reason, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's claim extended in the plaintiff's appeal and the court of first instance is dismissed as it is without reason. It is so decided as per Disposition.
