A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, around June 21, 2016, entered Russia into Korea as a short-term stay qualification in Russia and was living in Epudio 306 in the same year with the victim C and the victim D.

On July 23, 2016, from around 07:00 to around 07:20 on the same day, the Defendant brought about the amount of money from the victims to the other victims, and opened an entrance door from F with the key to the said studio entrance and opened the entrance door from F with the said studio entrance, and entered the said studio, and brought about approximately KRW 1.4,30,000 in cash on the wall owned by the victim C, and approximately KRW 1,180,000 in cash on the part of the victim C.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

A report on internal investigation (based on the evidence in the market, the fact that, from July 23, 2016 to July 18:3, 2016, the cash in custody of the victims was lost between 05:40 and 18:30 on the same day, the Defendant was living at the same care room as the victims around that time, and was living outside of the care room at around 07:0 on the day when cash was extinguished, and the victims were living outside of the care room with the victims, and the victims were asked through Facebook to ask the victims about the location of the defendant without any notification, and the victims asked the victims to return money on July 26, 2016, the Defendant stated that he would return money to the victims, and the Defendant stated that he had stated that he had 16,000 won or more on July 23, 2016 at the time of suspect examination to the prosecution from around 185,000 won on July 23, 2016 (Evidence evidence).
