1. Defendant A, Defendant B, Nonindicted Party G, H, I, J, K, and L co-principal G operated an unrelated game site in the factory building in Ulsan M, and the Defendant A, Defendant B, Nonindicted Party H, I, J, J, K, and L respectively employed as an employee to have a vehicle operated, exchanged, or customer to move to customers. Defendant A and B are employees who play a role in bringing many unspecified customers into the said game site by using the vehicle.

A, B and the above G, H, I, J, K, and L in collusion with each other from January 16, 2012 to October 30 of the same month, installed approximately 50 % of the ‘Emtoma’ game machine in Ulsan M, which was not classified by the Game Rating Board, and let many unspecified customers play the game, and exchange the remaining money after deducting 10% of the commission fee from the game score acquired according to the game result.
Thus, in collusion with Defendant A, B and the above G, H, I, J, K, and L, no one shall provide a game product that has not been rated for use, and even if the result obtained through the use of the game product is not exchanged, anyone provided a game product that has not been rated as above for use and exchanged the result obtained through the use of the game product.
2. Defendant A, Defendant B, Nonindicted Party G, H, I, J, and K’s co-principal activities in the factory building located in Ulsan-gun N, Ulsan-gun, operated a game site without a trade name. Defendant A, Defendant B, Nonindicted Party H, I, J, and K employed respectively as an employee to have a vehicle operated, exchanged, or customer to move to the customers. Defendant A and B are employees who play a role in bringing many unspecified customers into the said game site by using the vehicle.
