A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated a wholesale and retail business in Gyeong-si, Kim Young-si. 1. The Defendant, as above, by deceiving F and by deceiving it from the injured party, obtained a total sum of KRW 133,421,750 in the market price from the above-mentioned 28th of the same month from the person who caused the damage by deception.

2. The Defendant, at around 13:00 on March 29, 2017, calls from the above D office to the vice president of the victim I Co., Ltd. for the supply of “50,000,000 won out of the price to the new construction site of the K Office in Gyeongnam-si, Gyeongnam-si, which was performed at H, if he/she had the delivery of the said hD13 x 8M 112 x hD22 x 8M 26 x h from the said D office, shall be paid to the 50,000,000 won out of the price, and the remainder shall be paid to the police officer by April 31, 2017.

“The purpose of “ was to make a false statement.”

Defendant deceiving J as above, and deceiving the victim on the 30th of the same month from the damage, through supply of 83,174,443 won in total at the construction site of the new construction project.
