Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who leased the Plaintiff’s 3rd floor D market in Jung-gu, Seoul under the name of husband E, is in charge of the president of the merchant of the said D market on the third floor, and the victim F (F, 57 years old) is the owner of the above 59 shop.
