1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 22,238,457 and KRW 20,01,087 among them, per annum from August 21, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The following facts shall not be disputed between the parties, or may be acknowledged in each entry in Gap 1 through 3 by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the purport of the whole pleadings:

In other words, on December 17, 2014, the Plaintiff provided loans to the Defendant on December 17, 2014 by setting the maturity of KRW 20.5 million on December 17, 2019, the interest rate of KRW 29.7% per annum, and the overdue interest rate of KRW 34.9% per annum.

As of August 20, 2015, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the delinquency in paying the principal and interest of the above loan, and as of August 20, 2015, the Defendant’s above principal and interest of the loan remains 22,238,457 (the principal and interest of the loan).

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 22,238,457 and the principal amount of KRW 20,01,087, which is the following day of the above base date, to the Plaintiff at the rate of 34.9% per annum as agreed from August 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
