Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car to be involved in C options.

On September 5, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.070% during the blood transfusion, was driven by the Defendant moving back from the police box, which was driven by the police box, to the terminal located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun.
