A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, by a fine of KRW 2,000,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,00,00.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the director of the “F kindergarten” in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, Defendant B is the director of the “H kindergarten” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and Defendant C is the director of the “J kindergarten” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I apartment, and the Defendants are the operators of the group meal facilities located in each of the above kindergartens.

1. Defendant A

(a) A meal facility operator shall employ dieticians;

Nevertheless, from around October 2010 to October 2016, the Defendant operated a group meal facility without employing dietitians at the above “F kindergarten” group meal facilities.

(b) A meal facility operator shall employ cooks;

Nevertheless, from January 2016 to October 2016, the Defendant did not have a cook at the above group meal facilities of the above kindergarten and had K, who is not qualified as a cook, conduct cooking.

2. Defendant B

(a) A group meal facility operator in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall employ dieticians;

Nevertheless, from March 2013 to October 2016, the Defendant operated a group meal facility without employing dietitians at the above “H kindergarten” group meal facilities.

(b) No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to such indication;

Nevertheless, on September 2016, the Defendant purchased “M” from “M” located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L to use it as food materials for the feeding of the raw students, and indicated the origin in the table as “FFFFF” in “FFFFFFFFFFFFFF” as the food materials for the meal materials of “FFFFFFFF”. On October 2016, the food table indicated the origin in the table as “FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFE” and used it as food materials for the meal materials for the raw students at the same meal station located in the same food station around October 2016. The food table used “M” as the food materials for “FFFFFFF.”
