Suspect is a person subject to call-up to social work personnel service.

On July 12, 2019, the Defendant did not respond to the convocation without justifiable grounds, even though he received a muster notice under the name of the director of the regional military manpower office, to call the Army Training Center in the name of 47 U.S., Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Yannam-si on July 25, 2019 from the office of the Defendant’s house located in Gyeonggi-do B apartment and C, and to call the Army Training Center.
