Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the so-called "welter" which sees a network in preparation for the crackdown by an investigative agency outside the game room outside the 504th floor of the building B in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and C is the business owner who operated the above game room, and D is an employee in charge of filling and exchanging a card for the game in the above game room, and E is an employee in charge of tobacco, coffee, and cleaning within the game room.

No one shall engage in the business of giving users financial benefits or loss according to the incidental outcome, using machines or instruments which are likely to instigate a speculative spirit, such as speculative speculative gaming implements, etc.

Nevertheless, from September 9, 2012 to September 19:08 of the same month, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, installed 27 game machines in which “sea-to-sea camping machines”, a speculative machine, are carried out at the same place, and a card string, installed 27 game machines, and provided many unspecified customers who find such places with cash points paid by using the customer card to make use of the game, and carried out speculative activities, such as exchanging the points obtained thereby in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant shared the role in the illegal game site as above and jointly carried on the speculative business.
