On October 4, 2018, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a DNA car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.107% from the 15k section to the front road of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City at around 23:25 on the roads near Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
