The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. A theft: (a) around 13:00 on January 23, 2013, the Defendant discovered one mobile phone device posted by the victim B in front of the computer for civil petitioners at the Seoul Southern District Court’s civil petition office located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul; (b) cut off one mobile phone device located in the victim’s computer; (c) the victim neglected to conduct case search, etc. by means of a computer at a level equivalent to KRW 600,000 of the market price; and (d) the Defendant stolen the victim with one cash card of the national bank and one credit card of the agricultural bank located in the foregoing mobile phone case.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 23, 2013, at around 16:34, 2013, the Defendant presented the e-mail card (E) of the National Bank in the name of B that stolen, as described in paragraph (1), to D employees in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D”, and signed on the e-mail column, and the Defendant was using the stolen debit card by deceiving the victim by receiving the said D employees with the total amount of KRW 144,00,000 in the market price, such as red molds, beef, hymh, rhh, rhym, and rhym, etc., and by deceiving the victim.

B. On January 23, 2013, around 19:11, 201, the Defendant presented the victim’s name-free department store staff at “G” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, with the same method as indicated in the preceding paragraph, and signed on the digital signature package; and the Defendant used the stolen debit card from the employees of the above department store, by deceiving the victim of the total market price of KRW 541,00,00,000, including the f0 Spanish Spanish amounting to KRW 250,000,000, KRW 60,000, and KRW 139,000,000, and by deceiving the victim.
