The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant is between the victim B and the husband and wife, who is currently in a divorce lawsuit.

At around 19:00 on March 14, 2018, the Defendant and the victim have been in conflict with one another at home located in the Suwon-si C building D.

During that period, the victim was towed by the defendant's timber, when the head of the defendant was taken by hand, when the defendant's hair was taken by drinking, when the defendant's name was taken by drinking, and the defendant's face was taken by hand once and tightly, and the defendant's body was pushed by hand.
