1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is the father of the deceased B (hereinafter “the deceased”). From October 23, 2009, the deceased died on March 31, 2012 as a worker employed by C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) in the semiconductor business division (hereinafter “instant company”).
B. On January 28, 2013, the Plaintiff claimed bereaved family benefits and funeral expenses to the Defendant on the ground of the deceased’s death, and on the ground that “the deceased’s death is not recognized as an occupational disease,” the Plaintiff rendered a disposition of bereaved family benefits and funeral funeral expenses (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion during the period from September 201 to September 201, the deceased worked five days per week (average 4.3 days of each month’s extension work) from October 201 to six days per week (average 15 days per month’s extension work) from October 201. On March 29, 2011, the Plaintiff participated in the stable club under the instant company’s instruction and participated in the stable club and completed the beer meeting, and all participants were returned to the dormitory around 21:0, and on March 30, 201, the Plaintiff was found to have returned to the dormitory and concealed the following day.
From October 201, the Deceased was in a state where his physical function has been deteriorated due to cumulative overtime work and physical skin due to holiday work. However, even though continued overtime work and holiday work, the Deceased was allowed to participate in the relevant company’s stable club, as well as his/her continuous work and holiday work, and died due to acute suspension during his/her business trip and at the dormitory.
The deceased was the direct cause of death due to excessive overtime work and holiday work, and it was not the direct cause of family affairs, but the indirect cause of death.
