Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2016, at around 05:30, the Defendant driven a passenger car in Bnn, under the influence of approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration at approximately 0.159% in blood, from the street store located in Young-gu, Suwon-si to the front line of the source school located in 437 as the same medium unit to the middle line of the base school located in 437.
