A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2007 to early 2009, the Defendant was delegated with a lease contract for and management of the 12 household room room of G 3rd floor building owned by the victim F in Daegu and the 12th floor building owned by the victim F in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Seogu., and was engaged in the management of the above buildings.

1. Fraud;

A. On November 6, 2007, the Defendant: (a) stated that “Around November 6, 2007, the Defendant shall pay the victim C with the monthly rent of KRW 22,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,000

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have received a request from J, a tenant, to return the deposit monthly. At the time, the Defendant had a credit card debt of KRW 10 million, and was in bad credit standing, and was thought to use the credit for the cost of livelihood with money from the victim, so there was no intention to deliver the said money to J.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 22 million won from the victim, as the deposit money for lease on a deposit basis, from the victim, to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (K) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. Around December 29, 2008, the Defendant, on or around December 29, 2008, committed the crime, committed the following acts: (a) around December 29, 2008, the Defendant: (b) in the said I Real Estate, the victim C occupied L, a tenant of D 205, in the deposit money of KRW 25 million; (c) the Plaintiff’s marriage fund is required; and (d) the amount of the deposit is turned back to L with the monthly rent of KRW 23 million, excluding the monthly rent deposit of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 was remitted from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant is the victim.
