A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Each Defendant: Around June 1, 201, he/she concluded a contract on the victim’s effective capital stock company and 4 public works machinery owned by the victim (i) NVD500a/40 (sing center, E production), lease period: from June 2, 201 to June 2, 2014; (ii) NSSM-A(s) and the lease period: From June 22, 201 to June 2, 201; and (iii) from June 22, 2011 to June 22, 2014; and (iv) from June 25, 201 to 3GM 250(s) and from June 22, 2014; and (iv) from June 22, 2011 to 14: from June 22, 2011, he/she arbitrarily embezzled the victim’s names to sell the same during the period of storage to 14.5 HM 14.

2. On November 21, 2012, an execution officer I of Ansan District Court for the nullification of indication in the line of duty delegated by the creditor effective capital company, and on November 21, 2012, at the Defendant’s workplace located in the J of Ansan-si, the Seoul Central District Court 2012Kadan 53430, and attached a notice of provisional disposition indicating the purport of provisional disposition on each machine as stated in the above paragraph (1).

Nevertheless, on January 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed the two above machinery from a factory in which a notice notice was attached; and (b) sold the said machinery at will to a person whose name is unknown as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1 on May 2013; and (c) made it impossible to detect the said machinery; (b) thereby, the Defendant harming its utility by concealing the indication of a compulsory disposition taken by a public official with respect to his/her duties.
