A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, for the purpose of C and D, seeking to become an insurance solicitor to B, a representative company for the conclusion of the insurance contract, was offered as security and paid the price for the first floor J, K, L, M, N,O, 7th floor P of the Seo-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City I to the above B, and was paid the price for the construction of a neighboring mortgage in the name of the said B, but was unable to receive the agreed amount from C, the Defendant was willing to cancel the registration of the establishment of a neighboring building by forging the power of attorney under the name of the said B.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On June 2018, the Defendant: (a) stated in the proxy form “as of March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (b) stated the matters regarding B Co., Ltd. and affixed the seal of B Co., Ltd. voluntarily rejected on the next page, stating in the delegation form that “as of March 15, 2018, the Defendant delegated the Defendant the authority to register the cancellation of the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage, which was completed in the building F, F, and H, to the Defendant.”

As a result, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of B Co., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising.

B. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stated that “around September 12, 2018, the Defendant shall delegate the Defendant the authority to register the cancellation of the registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage that has been completed under the said I Building No. 110465, Dec. 21, 2017; and (b) stated the matters concerning B Co., Ltd. in the delegating column and affixed the seal of B Co., Ltd. at his/her discretion thereafter.

On December 21, 2017, the Defendant continued to delegate to the Defendant the power to register the cancellation of the establishment registration of a nearby the first floor under the above I building as the receipt of No. 110467 on December 21, 2017, and the registration of the establishment of a nearby the seventh floor P of the said I building as the receipt of No. 22486 on March 15, 2018.
