1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. The Defendants, from December 2016 to October 17, 2019, jointly operated a “F”-free job placement office called the “F”, and recruited female entertainment loans, introduced them to nearby entertainment bars to encourage them to provide entertainment, and made customers wishing to be engaged in commercial sex acts by arranging sexual traffic and receiving some of the payments from the customers in return for providing them with the rest of the job placement loan.

At around 01:00 on March 26, 2019, the Defendants arranged female contact loan M to engage in sexual traffic with unspecified number of men, who are customers of the entertainment drinking club located in the Daegu Suwon-gu N, to receive 200,000 won for sexual traffic from 200,000 to 17, from December 2016 to October 17, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
