1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 60,000,000 per annum from December 23, 2001 to December 13, 2006; and 5% per annum from December 23, 2001 to December 14, 2006.

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 60,000 won with 5% per annum from December 23, 2001 to December 13, 2006, 20% per annum from December 14, 2006 to September 30, 201, and 15% per annum from October 1, 201 to the date of full payment. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 60,000,000 won per annum. It is so decided as per Disposition.
