1. The Defendant, on July 201, shall provide the Plaintiff with the Suwon District Court's Sung-nam Branch Office for the real estate stated in the attached list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. B (hereinafter “B”) related to the ownership of the site, building, etc. of the instant factory (hereinafter “instant factory”) was operating 6 buildings and various facilities on the land outside Gwangju-si and 9 lots (hereinafter “instant factory”). The ownership relationship of each real estate constituting the instant factory is as follows.

In attached Table 1, where the land owned by B related to the ownership of the site and building for the instant factory in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, a building of 321 square meters in D-si, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, a building of 321 square meters in D-si, and a building of 4 lots 235 square meters in size, G 130 square meters in G-type land, 346 square meters in G-type land, 347 square meters in G-type land, 547 square meters in G-type land, 153 square meters in J-type land, 153 square meters in J-type land, and 93 square meters in J-type, a building of 153 square meters in Seoul-si, Gwangju-si, a two-story and 2-story of G-based steel structure, a lubal lubial roof, and the real estate and real estate in the list of the Plaintiff-type factories owned by the Plaintiff.

(2) According to the aforementioned mortgage contract, the Suwon District Court Sung-nam Branch of Gwangju District Court received on July 21, 2011 and received on July 21, 2011, respectively, issued a mortgage contract with the debtor B, the maximum debt amount of KRW 480,000,000,000 as the bank.
