However, even if the defendant receives the payment of cosmetics from the injured party due to the reasons such as Paragraph 1, he did not have the intention or ability to rescue the injured party.
The Defendant received 5,000,000 won from the injured party to the Busan Bank account on the same day. The Defendant acquired the money from the injured party on the same day.
