On October 22, 2015, the Defendant driven a b Spapo-type car in the 1km section B located in the village of Sungnam-gu, Seonam-gu, Seonam-si, Seonam-si, from the 3-dong 3-dong, a camping tower located in the night-dong of Sungnam-si, Seonam-si, to the 1-km distance, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.073% during blood transfusion 20:58.
