A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 21, 2013, the Defendant driven a C Belgium car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.114% of blood alcohol concentration in front of the Rose apartment located in Daejeon Dong-dong 111-4, Seoyang-dong, Daejeon.
