1. As the Defendant’s entry in the complaint on November 29, 2017 is apparent that “ December 13, 2017,” is a clerical error, the foregoing is ex officio.

Reasons

1. Details of decision on the petition examination;

A. The Plaintiff is an educational foundation that establishes and operates a D University (hereinafter “instant University”).

The Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “ Intervenor”) was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer at the University of this case on March 1, 1997, and was promoted as an associate professor on October 1, 200, and on April 1, 2007, respectively (the end date of the term of office of associate professor was August 31, 2017).

Article 19-5 (Notification of Re-Appointment and Objections) (1) The president shall make a proposal to a juristic person after deliberation by the teachers' personnel committee, and notify the relevant teachers of such fact not later than two months before the expiration of the term of appointment, according to the results of re-election

(2) A teacher who fails to meet the criteria for examination based on the results of examination of whether he/she is reappointed shall be present at the teachers' personnel committee on the designated date for a fixed period of at least 15 days in the process of deliberation to state his/her opinion or

2) Detailed implementation regulations on the evaluation of faculty members of the university of this case (hereinafter “Rules on Business Evaluation”).
