Punishment of the crime

1. At night, on May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim D’s house located in Jinju-si, on May 2, 2015; and (b) invaded into the said house through an open entrance; and (c) stolen the said vehicle’s property worth KRW 3 million at the market price by using the key to the vehicle kept in the FM3 car’s top speed, which was the victim’s possession.
