A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2017, the Defendant sentenced the Gwangju District Court to two years and eight months of imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju prison on April 18, 2019.

1. At around 00:30 on July 22, 2019, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if the Defendant would normally pay the price in “D” operated by the victim C in Gwangju Northern-gu.

3. A around 12:45 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by having one bicycle equivalent to KRW 400,00,00,000 at the victim’s first-owned E-dong bicycle storage facility in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, with one bicycle storage facility.

4. Around 18:00 on January 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim L L in a bicycle storage room with J apartment-dong 3-4 D-dong, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) placed the victim L L in a state where he did not have a locking device; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s bicycle, the victim of which, having a method of getting a bicycle between the private teaching institute, was the victim.

5. On June 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30 on June 21, 2020, at the “P” main point operated by the victimO located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, as if the Defendant would normally pay the amount; and (b) ordered 10 Mariju and 1 Mariju.

However, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to pay the price even if the defendant received alcoholic beverages from the victim because of the lack of cash or credit card.
