The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim C was in a relationship with D, and the head of personnel division E in peace with D, and upon request from the omission, he/she would be easily employed. Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2.
