A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On June 22, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant, from the Do of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 153-19 to the Do of 153-19, the Defendant driven a CKank-2 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.190%, without obtaining a driver’s license in the 1km section from the Do of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government 153-2 from the Do of 153-19.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a CKan 2 car
