A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act and the Defendant are those engaged in driving a BAD car;

2. On February 14, 2015, the Defendant was driving a B-Adi vehicle at approximately 5km from the vicinity of the Solsan Ri, which is located in the Solsan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, to the front road of the D Licensed Real Estate Agents' Office located in Geum-gu, Sim-si C, the Defendant was driving the B-Adi vehicle from the 5km section.
