1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The litigation costs are assessed against AS which is represented by the plaintiff's representative.
Reasons
1. 2. Determination on the legitimacy of the instant lawsuit
A. Although a clan within its unique meaning of the relevant legal principles does not require a special organization act as a naturally occurring group of a clan for the purpose of the protection and religious services of the graves of the common ancestor, and the friendship among the members of the clan, or does not require the rules of a clan, the clan can recognize its unique meaning only when it has an organization to the extent represented by the representative elected in accordance with the rules or customs of the clan, not automatically established if the clan is a naturally occurring group, but only its members have the organization to the extent that the clan is represented by the representative elected in accordance with the rules or customs of the clan and continuously acted for the above purpose.
