Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 02:20 on September 15, 2018, the Defendant discovered that a vehicle parked on the nearby road B in the victim C, without correcting the darburged vehicle door, which was owned by the victim C. 2. Attempted larceny;
A. On September 15, 2018, around 02:30 on September 15, 2018, the Defendant discovered that a HM5 vehicle owned by the victim G is parked in front of the “Fphilosophical Center”, and did not commit an attempted crime because the vehicle’s door was corrected.
B. On September 15, 2018, the Defendant discovered that, around 02:30 on September 15, 2018, Jinna vehicle owned by the victim I was parked in the vicinity of the Fphilosophical Center, and had the vehicle damaged for the purpose of theft of money and goods in the above vehicle, but the vehicle’s door was corrected, and did not have been attempted.
C. On September 15, 2018, around 02:30 on September 15, 2018, the Defendant discovered that the NM3 vehicles owned by the victim M are parked in the “L” front of the “L located in K,” and left the vehicle door with a view to theft of money and valuables in the above vehicle, but the vehicle door was corrected and did not result in attempted crimes.
The Defendant discovered that, around 02:30 on September 15, 2018, the PM7 vehicles owned by the VictimO are parked in the vicinity of the “L” located in K at Sinpoon on September 15, 2018, and, in order to steal money and valuables in the above vehicle, the Defendant was knicked with the vehicle’s hand for the purpose of theft.
