A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 20, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the Defendant was driving a CA110 newspaper delivery chere on the front side of the CA110 newspaper delivery route on February 20, 2012, while driving the off-to-face for the CA110 newspaper delivery, and that part of the Defendant was receiving the back portion of the said chere car as the front part of the Defendant’s driving, and asserted that it was a traffic accident after receiving it from the front part of the said chere car, and filed a false report to the victim LIG damage insurance company, an insurance company of the said chere car, and its corresponding part was reported from the victim as the insurance money.

2. 23.42,480 won, the same year;

2. 24.300,000 won, and the same year.

4. The sum of KRW 1,002,480, including KRW 10,000, was paid.

In addition, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, the Defendant: (a) caused an intentional traffic accident at least 13 times from the above date to June 11, 2015; and (b) obtained the payment of KRW 12,80,950 in total from the victims for the purpose of insurance money and agreement.

2. On May 10, 2015, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at around 13:10 on May 10, 2015, filed a false report with the victim Samsung & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., an insurance company of the above-mentioned vehicle, filed a false report with the victim Samsung & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., which is an insurance company of the above-mentioned vehicle, and obtained insurance money from the victim, on the ground that the victim refused payment, filed a false report to the victim, who is an insurance company of the above-mentioned vehicle, filed a false report with the victim, and obtained insurance money from the victim. However, from the date to June 25, 2015, the victim, as stated in attached Table 14 to 15, including the attempted charge, to the end of the day when the victim refused payment.
