Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and a fine of two million won for the same crime at the same court on August 7, 2014.

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant driven B cruise car at approximately 2 km from the roads located in the Seo-gu Pungam District to the roads located in the south-gu transportation of the same city from the roads located in the Seo-gu Pungam District to the roads located in the south-gu transportation of the same city.
