The duties of Defendant A, Defendant B, and AE related to the election campaign for the 18th presidential president are the duties of entering into a telephone publicity system contract with a Y political party from November 201, 2012; the duties of AE entering into a telephone publicity system supply contract with a business mainly intended for AF political party; the duties of Defendant B entering into a telephone publicity system supply contract with a provider of telephone publicity system with AG, etc.; and the duties of the Defendant B enter into the street, franchise, and hedge telephone with a view to being supplied with and operating the telephone publicity system program.
