Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to run a brokerage business shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of the registration authority having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office.

1. On July 12, 2013, Defendant A, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office, was serving as an employee in F real estate consulting operated by E in Sinposi-si on July 12, 2013, and run the real estate brokerage business, having mediated H apartment 305, G-si H apartment 305, G to I, and received KRW 70,000 from I as a brokerage commission.

2. Defendant B, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office on November 9, 2013, without registering the establishment of the brokerage office, arranged a contract for trading KRW 77 million to N with the 150,000 square meters (23 square meters) of Mapopo-si M 105 and 602 (23 square meters) owned L at the K office in the Defendant’s management of the Defendant, which is located in the Sinpo-siJ on November 9, 2013, and operated a real estate brokerage business.
