A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 12:52 on June 2, 2014, the Defendant thief, while working as a cost for calculation in the Damart operated by the victim C, who was in a de facto marital relationship, destroyed the victim C-owned market price of KRW 4,800 by way of cancelling the settlement of part of the goods immediately and allowing E to carry out the settlement of the price with non-payment of the goods.

In addition, from that time until July 7, 2014, from that time, the Defendant stolen each of the goods, such as foodstuffs, which amount to KRW 29,710,00, total market price of the victim F, the owner of the refined landing store located in the victim C and the Mat, in three times, from that time to that time, as indicated in attached Table 1.
