2. The assertion and judgment

3) From September 28, 2009 to February 11, 2010, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 5,041,710 in total by using the Plaintiff’s card. Accordingly, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 7,240,00,000,000,000,000 for loans, KRW 1,396,000,000,000,000 for cards, and KRW 5,041,710, and the remaining settlement amount after deducting the amount that the Defendant partially repaid from the Plaintiff’s card and the amount that the Plaintiff partially repaid to the Defendant, from KRW 26,241,71,710.
