Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2014, at around 16:40, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting a police officer who was in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on the ground that, at around 16:40, E, a policeman affiliated with the D District Police Station D District Unit of Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Police Station D District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving 112 report, shoulder the Defendant; (b) took a bath to “Ih, Ih, Ih,” and took the right-hand bridge of the above E one time on the right-hand drinking; and (c) assaulted a police officer who was in front of his/her right-hand hand, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning handling 112 reports.
