1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. C divided part of the above land into 105 square meters E on January 14, 1995 and 1,299 square meters on August 6, 1996 with respect to 2,892 square meters in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Dong-gu, Incheon, the ownership of which is the owner. On March 10, 1997, the land category of the remaining land divided as above was changed to the site, and the G large 422 square meters was combined with the remaining land on the same day.

C) On March 10, 1997, the ownership of the instant land is a site right, and C completed the registration of an aggregate building of the five-story neighborhood living facilities and tenement houses (hereinafter “instant building”) on the ground of reinforced concrete building on the instant land.

C on February 13, 2004, sell the above building to I and J and sell it to the same year.

3. 31. The registration of the transfer of ownership of the above building was completed for the above persons, and I and J sold the above building again to K on May 4, 2012, and the same year.

6. 15. K completed the registration of ownership transfer concerning the building.

C. C on December 1, 1997, sold to L on December 1, 1997 the answer of F 1,299m2 to Dong-gu, Nam-gu and the same month.

5. The registration of ownership transfer for the above land has been completed to L.

L on April 20, 199, upon filing an application with the Defendant for permission for the construction of neighborhood living facilities with respect to FY 1,299 square meters in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul, and attaching C a written consent to the designation of the instant land, a written consent to the use of the road, and a written application for the

On May 13, 199, the Defendant issued a building permit following the above application, and registered 404 square meters (86 square meters in length as a road, and 4 square meters in width as a road on the road register among the instant land.

E. On June 20, 201, L filed an application with the Defendant for a building permit on a parcel of 581 square meters outside Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and the Defendant issued a building permit on the 30th of the same month.

F. L is, on July 27, 201, the remainder of F 1,299 square meters divided into several occasions in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on several occasions and the F 497 square meters or less (hereinafter “instant land1”).
