1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

As such, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed as there is no ground, and the judgment of the court of first instance with the same conclusion is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal shall be dismissed and it is so decided as per Disposition.
