A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together with the victim B(n, 18 years of age) in a relationship with him.

Around March 13:33, 2020, the Defendant taken four-time photographs using mobile phone cameras of the victim, where the victim was locked within the territory of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, his residence, and where the victim was locked.
