A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On January 29, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force over about 15 minutes, such as “Cyp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp sp.s.”

B. On February 4, 2015, at around 21:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force over about 15 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant committed a disturbance, for the reason that the victim does not drink; (b) “Singing the same year; and (c) drinking alcohol in the restaurant; and (d) making the customer Fing alcohol in the restaurant take the place, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. On June 1, 2015, from around 15:00 on the first day to 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed assault against the Defendant, i.e., the Defendant: (a) laid the victim over the pushed floor on the ground that the Defendant was found in the Defendant’s Gosong G in the Gosong field adjacent to Cheongsong-gun G and demanded the amount of credit and demand the amount of credit. (b) An empty beer who is a dangerous object in the middle, and was booming twice the head of the victim’s body.

3.
