The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:07 on December 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took a bath at the “D’s operation” of the Victim C, which was located in the Northern-gu, Northern-si; (b) while under the influence of alcohol, she took a bath, such as “Ye, franch, franch, franch, franch, franch, franch, franch, etc.” on the part of the customer, the Defendant dumpedddddds, such as having the beer’s disease and the beer’s house on the floor.”
