From around 12:00 on July 10, 2012, the Defendant driven the said E-car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 37.5 meters without obtaining a driver’s license at the section of about 37.5 meters from the road of the construction site of the above Section C to the front passage of G located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do from the road of the construction site of the above Section C to around 14:00 on July 10, 201.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of H C body-man car.

On October 7, 2010, at around 01:0, the Defendant was driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in about 5km section from the roads located in Seo-gu, Daegu to the roads in front of the J of Daegu, Seo-gu, and the Defendant was driving the said vehicle not covered by the mandatory insurance, and the Defendant was driving the said vehicle at a low speed depending on one lane of the two-lane roads from the surface of the Sea-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, along the monthly rock.
