Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.133% from the 1k section of alcohol level to the 1k section of the old Yakdong-dong, Masan-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-dong, Simpo-dong.
